Things are going well during this countdown phase. I have even been free of the stomach aches that have been my main complaint. I have been taking Nexium 40mg tablets these last three days and I have been completely free of the aches. I am also drinking two or three cups of green tea each day. Tomorrow Lynne and I go down the coast for a last few days before the next stage of my treatment begins. Thanks to everyone for their ongoing support.

Hi, Good to hear you had a nice relaxing break away from home! Its very refreshing to spend some time in the water! My short break in Torquay was also very relaxing!
I will be doing the Sri Chinmoy Fun Run in Princes Park this weekend, just to have a go at an organised run! I will be doing the 5km track; Tony and his friend Brad will be tackling the 10km run! http://www.srichinmoyraces.org/au/events/melbourne/victoriaevents2008/princespark10k
