Flat spot

I record a very unusual turn of events yesterday 28 March 2010. I did my early morning Wallaroo walk as usual. Out to lunch with neighbours. A generous meal, but did not overindulge. One beer & glass of bubbly while out. Alcoholic cider [375ml] on return. Felt drowsy, lay down in front of TV and really did not get up until next morning...about 16 hours of sleep or rest. Felt heavy & drowsy when I woke, some reverbs in head, ache in small of back, stools dark chocolate brown.
Gradually feeling better as the day progressed but rather bewildered by this episode!!
